SHIPPING POLICY:

Order Processing:
Orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–3 business days. Shipments are currently dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.

Shipping Carrier:
All orders are currently shipped via USPS.

Estimated Delivery:
Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–10 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Where We Ship:  
Amada currently ships throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, and internationally.

Free Shipping:
Complimentary shipping is available on orders over $40 within the United States and Puerto Rico and on international orders over $100.

Payment Methods:  
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and other secure payment options available at checkout.

Special Orders:  
Looking for a piece that is no longer available online? Selected items may be eligible for special order, depending on availability. Special orders require a 50% deposit based on the regular price. Special orders and reorders may require approximately 7–10 business days for processing, depending on availability.
